Nomi ... what?

• Okay … so my story Human of the Week has been nominated for the German Fanfiction General Award . I really didn’t expect that and when I read the nominations (I only did it out of curiosity and I didn’t even know there was a category for Stargate: Atlantis) I was all: „Huh? There’s another story called Human of the Week?” … until I realized that it’s actually my story and it’s nominated for best story, best original characters and best narrative style. So I really don’t care about winning because being nominated at all means a lot to me.

• Argh. Can’t get that Shakira-Waka Waka-song out of my head. And I’m starting to feel a little nervous because of the forthcoming FIFA World Cup. The German team’s first match is on Sunday against Australia. Yes, I definitely feel nervous.  
  
  
• Mehe, I just got home from the doctor. Everything‘s fine. Like in absolutely fine. 

• We’re finally going home for the weekend. I haven’t seen my or the boyfriend’s family for almost two months now and I’m so looking forward to seeing all of them. Besides that means even MORE birthday presents!
